Welcome to 2010 Our Parish Council

Gus Giannakis, President
  Mr. Giannakis has served on the Parish Council since 2004. Gus is Chair of the House Committee and Greek School Committee. Gus's wife Eleni is a Greek School Teacher and they have two wonderful daughters who are in college, Amanda and Ekaterina.
 
Christina Andrianopoulos , Vice-President
Mrs. Andrianopoulos has served on the Parish Council since 2006. She Co-Chairs the Capital Campaign committee and serves on the Building Committee, Stewardship,Publication/Communication, Budget and Investment committees. She operates her own marketing firm and is a talk show host on a weekly radio program, and just launched a tv lifestyle program on Charter TV3. Christina has two lovely children, Thomas and Emanuella.
 
     
Yeorgios Tsekalis, Treasurer
 
Georgios is an attorney and lives and practices in Worcester.

Aris Felis
Mr. Felis and his wife Delores joined St. Spyridon Cathedral in the late 1960’s. They have a daughter, Margaret, who they adore. In the 1970’s, Aris joined the Parish Council and served in different capacities. In 1998, he became President of the Parish Council. Atfetr staying out for a couple of years, Aris rejoined the Parish Council for a three year term.
 
 
Demosthenes Kaloudelis
 
This is Mr. Kaloudelis’s second term on the Parish Council. He and his wife Sophia have two children and five grandchildren. Georgios lives in DC with his family and Joanna resides in Rhode Island. Mr. Kaloudelis has been appointed by the President as Head Pangari Captain.
 
Michael Klezaras
While Mike is new to the community and to the area, he is not new to working for the Greek Orthodox Church. Prior to relocating to Worcester, he was very involved with the Greek community in Wilmington, DE. He was on the Parish Council, was Altar Boy Coordinator for 15 years, and was involved with their Festival from 1982 to 2005, serving as advertising/marketing and grounds chairman the entire time, and one year as General Chairman. He also was very active in AHEPA, holding all elected offices and heading numerous committees. Mike came to Worcester to work for radio stations WXLO, The Pike, and Oldies 98.9. He and his wife Kathy live in Millbury, and have three grown children and two grandsons (Alexandros and Andreas) who live in Delaware. He currently serves as chairman of the Stewardship Committee and is assisting with the Grecian Festival.
 
 
Anastasia Grace Michalakeas
 
Mrs. Michalakeas was elected to the Parish Council in 2008. She serves on the Office Angels, Publication and Bookstore Committees. She serves on Team III Pangari. Grace
is a member of the Philoptochos, Daughters of Penelope, Senior group, DAR, and CMC/EGA Societies. Grace and her husband Constantinos have been married for 51 years and have a son Angelo.

John Rallis
Mr. Rallis has served on the Parish Council since 2004. He has served as 2007 Vice President and 2006 Secretary of the Parish Council. He currently serves as Chairman of the Greek School, House and IT committees. Also, John and his wife Erini, serve on the Grecian Festival committee.  
 
Joan Theodoropoulos
 
Mrs. Theodoropoulos was elected to the Parish Council in 2008. Joan chairs the team II coffee hour and co-chairs the team II pangari. She is also involved with the Office Angels, Holy Trinity and the Annual Golf Tournament. Joan graduated from Anna Maria College and received a master’s degree form Worcester State College. She taught second grade for 35 years before retiring in 2004.
