PARISH COUNCIL ELECTIONS
Elections will be held on Sunday, November 15th from the close of Divine Liturgy until 1 pm. Any member duly enrolled in the Parish register may vote. If that member is deliquent in his or her parish obligations may vote in the election by meeting his or her Stewarship obligation prior to balloting.

Produced by Becket Films, this program offers the viewer a portrait of the 270th successor to the Apostle Andrew and follows him from the Ecumenical Patriarchate in Instanbul to the burning rainforests of the Amazon to the melting glaciers of the Arctic where he gathered representatives of the world's religions in a silent prayer for the planet. PHILOPTOCHOS NEWS
The Saint Spyridon Women’s Philoptochos Society cordially invites you to attend “An Array of Extraordinary Tables” on Sunday, November 8th, to benefit the many missions of the Philoptochos Society. Table viewing at 12:30 pm, Luncheon at 1:30 pm. Tickets will be on sale following Divine Liturgy.
Donation: $25.00
The Social Service Committee: Please provide the Ladies Philoptochos Soceity with names of the elderly in our community who are in nursing homes and other facilities, also those who are sick and housebound with limited family support. We need this information to compile our list for our outreach visits in December. Those wishing to make a contribution for this program may contact Maria Stefanakos with their donation. Our Social Services committee is always available to assist ANYONE in need at any time of the year. Contact can be made through a Board member or the Cathedral office.

GREEK ORTHODOX METROPOLIS OF BOSTON
The Greek Orthodox Metropolis of Boston cordially invites you to attend a Celebration of Greek Music, a premier concert of the Boston Metropolis 70-piece Philharmonic Orchestra accompanied by the Boston Chorale Group. Penelope Bitzas, Mezzo-soprano and Associate Professor of Music in Voice at Boston University will be among the featured artists at the Benefit Concert for the ministries of the Metropolis of Boston. LITTLE ANGELS
The Little Angels playgroup will meet every Wednesday at 10:30-12:30pm beneath the Cathedral.

HOPE
An Orthodox Ministry for Grades K-2, meets the 4th Monday of every month beneath the Cathedral (parents, must remain with their children).

GOYA
The GOYA meetings will take place every other Tuesday at 6:30 pm beneath the Cathedral.

FAMILY CENTER NEWS
We are about to complete construction plans, which will also define our construction schedule for ground breaking early in 2010. This is your time to make your pledge to our Family Center, or increase your pledge so that you can be part of a new legacy and a 25 year dream. Our families are feeling the financial crunch. Any amount is acceptable; the important thing is to get your pledge in and your name on the Angel Board...for those who are blessed please offer a gift within your means..and ask about paying your pledge over a term period. The important thing is to GIVE NOW.

HELLENIC ARTS SOCIETY
The Hellenic Arts Society presents a program of music performed by THE ANASTASIA-TZAVARAS DUO. Sophia Anastasia on flute, and Nicholas Tzavaras on cello, with Worcester's own Sima Kustanovich on piano. November 15th at Tatnuck Country Club, Performance at 1:00 pm, followed by lunch.
